1. Information on how to enter, and prizes, form part of these Terms & Conditions. 2. Entry is open to all Prizemasters customers, 18 years and over, who enter as directed. All entries have an equal chance to win. Multiple entries are permitted. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 3. The draw opens annually on the first business day of July and closes on the last business day of June the following year. 4. The winner will be randomly selected by computer from all eligible entries on the 3rd working day of the month after the draw closes. The winner will be notified by mail. 5. The promoter may conduct a further draw after 3 months from the draw date in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. 6. The first eligible entry drawn wins the Sydney Trip valued at AUD$5,000. The prize includes a travel voucher valued at AUD$5,000.00 for one economy-class return airline trip to Sydney with 5 nights accommodation in a Sydney CBD hotel. Travel must originate from an international airport in the country designated by the winner's address. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner, (e.g. companion airfares, holiday insurance, meals, room service expenses, etc). 7. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 8. The promoter is not responsible for variations in the prize value. 9. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers. 10. The winner may elect to receive AUD$5,000 cash in lieu of the trip. 11. In the event that the winner does not, or cannot, undertake the trip within 6 months of the draw date, the promoter may elect to pay AUD$5,000 in lieu of the trip. 12.
