| 1. Information on how to enter, and prizes, form part of these Terms & Conditions. 2. Entry is open to all Prizemasters customers and to anyone responding by invitation to a Prizemasters promotion, 18 years and over, who enter as directed. All entries have an equal chance to win. Multiple entries are permitted. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 3. The draw opened on 1st July 2009 and closes on 30th June 2010. 4. The winner will be randomly selected by computer from all eligible entries on 5th July 2010. The winner’s name will be published on www.prizemasters.com.au immediately after the draw. The winner will be notified by mail. 5. The promoter may conduct a further draw after 3 months from the draw date in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. 6. The first eligible entry drawn wins the Sydney Trip valued at £2,800.00. The prize includes a travel voucher valued at £2,800.00 for one economy-class return airline trip to Sydney with 5 nights accommodation in a Sydney CBD hotel. Travel must originate from an international airport in the United Kingdom. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner, (e.g. companion airfares, holiday insurance, meals, room service expenses, etc). 7. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 8. The promoter is not responsible for variations in the prize value. 9. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers. 10. The winner may elect to receive £2,800.00 cash in lieu of the trip. 11. In the event that the winner does not, or cannot, undertake the trip within 6 months of the draw date, the promoter may elect to pay £2,800.00 in lieu of the trip. 12.
