Guarantee 1: Prize Payment

Any prize you win will be awarded in full, with no Australian taxes or additional Prizemasters service fees deducted. Prizes of AUD$10,000.00 or more will be paid to you by the Official Lottery agent at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Prizes under AUD$10,000.00 will be processed by Prizemasters within 10 days of the draw and exchange rates will be calculated on the first business day following the draw.

Guarantee 2: Fast Processing

Australian 6/45 Lotto: We guarantee to lodge your entries with the Official Lottery agent within 5 business days of processing your order – often much faster – and we confirm your order within 2 business days of entry.

Australian 6/45 Superdraw: We accept advance orders for Superdraw and send order confirmation to you within 2 business days of processing your order. We guarantee to lodge all advance orders with the Official Lottery agent within a timely manner of the official entry opening date and to confirm orders promptly following lodgement. Orders processed after the official opening date will be lodged within 5 business days and confirmed within 2 business days of entry.

As part of our commitment to honouring your consumer rights, please let us know if you are not completely satisfied with our service and we will refund the unused portion of your Australian 6/45 Lotto order fee. For Australian 6/45 Superdraw please let us know – at least 72 hours before the Superdraw and we will refund your order fee.
